We do not process credit and debit card transactions. They are processed through the Apple and Google app stores.
Do we use mobile analytics?
We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you engage with the Products, the events that occur within the Products, aggregated usage and performance data, and where the Applications were downloaded from. We may link the information we store within the analytics software to any personal information you submit within the mobile application. This information is maintained in our secure database and is not shared.
Do we share your information with your company?
If you have registered to use the App through a code provided by your company, the company will have access to your email address, and the date you registered to use the App, and the date on which you last used the App. The company will also have access to App usage information on an anonymized and aggregated basis with all other members of the company that are using the App. Your specific usage information will not be provided to your company.
Your company may also have access to your usage information on an individual basis if you have provided appropriate consent under applicable laws for such sharing. For example, many employers are offering incentive programs based on employee participation in health & wellness programs and desire to better understand how each of their individual employees is using the App. Your individual information will not be shared with your employer under these terms of use. It would only be shared if you sign a separate, specific agreement that allows your information to be shared.
Can I delete my personal information?
To request the deletion of your personal data that we have on file please email us at support@cogliving.com. Upon request, COGLIVING will permanently and irrevocably anonymize your data such that it can never be reconstructed to identify you as an individual.

We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site, but we may do so in the future.

This app is provided for use by persons 18 years of age and older and should not be used by minors.
California Online Privacy Protection Act
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.
